Note: We are offering free registration for a small number of student volunteers (student ID will be checked). In exchange for helping for one morning or afternoon, these student volunteers will receive free admission (including lunch) for both days of the Symposium. These volunteer registrations are listed by date and time (morning/afternoon) and are available via the link above on a first come, first served basis.

The poster session will be held from 4:30-6:00pm on Friday, April 12th at the Wharfinger Building in Eureka. It will include snacks and refreshments and will start immediately following the end of Symposium talks on Friday. Admission to the Symposium will require tickets, but the poster session is free.
Posters should present information on current/recent research, restoration, or coastal resource projects related to Humboldt Bay, its watershed, the Eel River Delta, or the nearshore Pacific Ocean. Posters and displays on new research/monitoring equipment, methodologies, or restoration strategies relevant to the Humboldt Bay region are also welcome.
Please submit an abstract (250 words or fewer) along with authors and their affiliations to Joe Tyburczy () no later than March 29th. There is limited space for posters/displays at the venue, so it is possible that not all submissions will be be selected. (Note: abstract submission is for posters only. Presentations at the symposium are being arranged on an invitation basis.) For more information about the Symposium, please visit:
